Tis a Casual Post

Meaning that the beginning of this post holds nothing of importance. It is simply a random rant. I shall type and type until I find something to type about... a lot of people find this habit of mine weird~ but let me assure you it is very useful when you want to write an essay. It's a pity I can't do the same when I talk. I find it very difficult to hold a conversation with my mouth. Now, if I were to hold a written conversation, it would be the other person that runs out of something to say first, not me! For some reason, the part of my brain connected to my hands works far faster than the part connected to my mouth... that is, if they are different parts at all... LOL. Who knows the mysteries of the human brain? It is interesting that humans are trying to understand their surroundings, but don't even understand themselves! Yeah, I know the saying is clichéd, but it certainly holds a lot of truth. It's just like humans wanting to explore outer space when they haven't even explored the depths of the Earth, their own home! Hmmm.. I am talking as if I'm not a human.

Okay, here's a thing to write about. On the 18th April 2011, we said our goodbyes to our PK HEM, Mr Wong Kum Ming, now the PK 1 at SMJK Confucian... I suppose I never really knew him very well because he taught our Add. Math class for only four months before leaving. But during that tie, I really grew to like him. He thought us pretty well, I think, although I'm sorry, but I never understood anything until I reviewed the notes he made us copy again. His classes were always interesting because he always told jokes... or he did lame stuff - I'm sorry again- but his actions were... wait for it... endearing. I particularly remember the time he did the trick with Alicia's water. He certainly fooled me. I really thought he had drunk her water. Turned out that he had licked his other finger == and there was the time when he wanted to replace the tissue box that we kept our duster in, and it kept falling, so he was like:" MALIMALIHOME!" and we all burst out laughing. I envy the students who are gonna be thought by him in Confucian.

To Confucian students: YOU DUNNNO HOW GOOD YOU ALL'VE GOT IT!!!

The pink and purple background with streaks of white set off the giant ball of golden fire that was the sun as it sank majestically behind the mountains, unhurriedly making way for darkness to fall. The shadows lengthened and mothers called their children into the safety of their homes to a delicious dinner that would be followed by a story sitting by a cozy fireplace. Men working hard to earn the bread to feed hungry mouths at home put away their tools and gathered together for a drink or two and a chat with fellow workers before returning home to the bosom of their wives and families and a hot dinner to look forward to.

At long last, the night descended on the world, shrouding it in mystery and blackness. The moon hung, a shining silver ball in the sky accompanied by twinkling stars, their light combined to shine on the path of those who came home after dusk. Shortly after the moon was at it's brightest, the night fairies awoke and upon the light, gentle breezes of the night, hanging on large dandelion seeds and with the flying petals of the night flowers, they came hither from their bedding holes and the sheltering leaves of the bushes where they slept, awaiting the farewell of the sun that they may stand in the silvery rays of the moon and dance and glitter and delight the eyes of any who saw them.

Now the windows glowed with the warm light of fire and children sat in a ring around their parents who held thick books in their calloused hands and told tales of times long past and times to come, of adventures and mysteries and fantastic happenings... And the children listened with eagerness, laughing and gasping at the doings of the people of old and new. And soon, the clock struck for bedtime, and all the little children were tucked into bed with a kiss on the forehead with a prayer and a wish for sweet dreams.

(I forgot what I was gonna write ><)

New Year's 1st Post ^_^

Okay, what should I write? I ain't gonna make my New Year's resolutions public... Lest. I. Fail. D:

Okay, I'll write something. I MUST write something! This is the first post of the year, on the first DAY of the year, the DECADE, in fact!

Oh... but I just did write something. 'kay then~

Happy New Year to all Earthlings, be you animal, plant, bacteria, virus, fungi, human, whatever, I wish you all a very Happy New Year!

May all your hopes and dreams
Which in last year failed you
This year help you

May you remember this year
Memories that will make you smile

May you this year
Correct mistakes done in the past.

May you open your eyes each new day
With a joy and hunger for life

May you live through this year
In better condition then the last

May this year give you more happiness then sadness
In every way, at every turn.

May this year be filled with opportunities and blessings
That will help you sail

Like a ship so smoothly in a strong, gentle wind.

Hope is what every New Year brings,
Dreams, yet to be fulfilled,
Infinite love yet to be shown,
Tears yet to be cried,
Laughter yet to be sounded,
Music, yet to be heard,
Stories yet to be written,
Books yet to be read,
Places yet to be visited,
Beauty yet to be seen,
Joys yet to be discovered,
Lessons yet to be learned,
LIFE, yet to be lived.

Wishing you a Happy New Year this 2011~^^

...

I stood before the great lake, and looked into it's clear depths. The waters was so deep that I couldn't see the bottom. I looked up, and saw the stretch of infinite blue sky. I couldn't help but wander what was hidden behind and above those billowing snow white clouds. The universe is such great expanse, when I try to imagine the size of the infinite universe, my mind tries to shut down, to stop trying to analyze the impossible. The horrors of the universe actually being finite is also incomprehensible. I cannot fathom the limits of life. What then is outside the limits if the universe is indeed finite? What lies at the outer layer of this dark expanse that holds us? Another universe? Heaven? What then is outside if there is a limit to this sequence? Will it go on forever?

From the mysteries of the world comes questions. From these questions come answers. And from answers come more questions. And there is the ultimate question: Are these questions and answers a circle which will eventually meet in a revelation, or are they endless lines that occasionally meet?

Random

Something happened to Facebook. So I am here updating my blog... and I am listening to a lovely song, Foot of the Mountain by A-Ha It's so nice~ funny I never heard of it. And now there's Fairytale - Alexander Rybak I like it better than Taylor Swift's. I never heard of it either! D:

I wander what's wrong. Is it the site, or just me? So this is going to be a very long post, I think. I'll try to make it as interesting as possible so whoever so kind as to read this is well... interested xD And if no one reads, Well, at least it will entertain myself~ So, let me rant. Hey wait, FB's back... bah... something was wrong with my profile... I wander what...

Tis a random guy, Devil May Cry, is called. He called my eye coz he looked cool with those guns :DD

AND, I have just seen this awesome event that invites everyone to attend year 2013! LMAO xD A real defiance against the Mayan theory! And guess what, so far, 131 792 people AREN'T attending and 50 161 are skeptical, but feel they still have a chance O.O... However, 301 805 people are sure the theory is dead wrong... hmmm... for me, I think the theory is DEAD wrong!

Okay, what else is there? I remember there was lots, but I can't remember anymore xD So ciao~ till later.

Isn't this girl cute? KAWAII <3~

Colorful, huh? ^ my blog stats for this week xD

Anyway, before I get off topic, about the 'The Hobbit' film. I am soooo looking forward to it!
I loved the book, read it when I was uhm... 11, I think. Only, now I think of it, there is not a single sentence that mentions a woman/female talking in the whole book... Accept perhaps the elf lady, I can't remember what's her name, the one played by Cate Blanchett.
Yup, this movie is solely a male's acting haven. Now, I hope Peter Jackson makes up for the lack of women in the film by hooking some hot men as the actors. Unless he changes the storyline a bit and makes one of the dwarfs a woman. But nooooo, it would totally spoil the film. I beg of him to stay as true to the story as possible, as was the case of the Lord of the Rings film.

I say, I hope there's no more ham and haw regarding the film.
Hmm... I dunno what happened to the United Arab Emirates in my blog stats. It looks odd on my blog.

The After PMR list

 PMR is over~
Okay, so what is there to do now that it's over and out??? Hmmm... Well, LOTS... Let me try and list them out...
1. I missed a lot of movies this year, most of them I have forgotten...
a)Iron Man 2
b) Alice in Wonderland
c) Inception
d) Shutter Island
e) Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore
f) Toy Story 1 2 3 4
g) ... I can't remember anymore...

2. Clear up all that clutter in the room.
Man, after living in that sty for months I seem to have gotten used to it D=... I am going to throw out everything and anything that has to do with PMR. Ahem, recycle, of course, and hand the down to my brother. *evil laugh*

3. Read something, ANYTHING...
So long as it's not a saucy romance @_@... gee, count out the books I've read this year... I can only remember the Chinese ones I've read.

4. Hang out and laugh with the friends I have been neglecting so I can study Dx...

5. ... I'll find out when I get there... xD for now, Cleaning the room comes first... debate, maybe? xD

PMR, ABOLISHED??? WHAT???

This morning, I had the leisure to open the newspaper and reading something other than my reference books and workbooks, something that hasn't happened for a week. And, what do you know? These words meet my eyes...

I was like: WHAT????????

Seriously, the government has being sitting on the notion since the beginning of time, and they decide to abolish it the year I SIT FOR IT??? Sure PMR will only go in 6 years, but the horrible fact that it has been the abolished the year I sit for it still bugs me! ARGH!!!!

And I don't really understand why it's going to take so long to abolish it... like, how long do you wanna wait while six years of students have to sit through an exam that has already been deemed unimportant by the government themselves? Geez....

To be sure praise should be given to the PM for his decision (albeit late ) to take action after years of hamming and hawing. Hmmm... At least the country is improving little by little...

Anywayzzz, I gotta run. Till the end of PMR! *random flying kiss to random person who dodges*

The Scolding

Today, from 12:30 to 2:00, we had this 'awesome' meeting in the Pusat Sumber. It was like a drama movie. Or episode, whatever. Anyway, here are the contents from my point of view. It began with Ms Ma thanking all of us for helping at carnivel. The cool thing is that the PPS earned RM4204 by selling burgers, drinks, and movie tickets. +fishball+popcorn+I might have forgotten something. Then the awful stuff begins. Aun Chian starts to scold. I am not saying that he was not right to scold us, but couldn't he have done it in a more... private way? I mean, I honestly couldn't take it if someone scolded me in front of who-knows-who about something very embarrassing that you seriously aren't gonna repeat again. That was the longest section of the meeting. The apology and scold section. I was glad when it was over. I am particularly happy that Yeoh Aun Chian did not call me an introvert even though I am. I consider that a compliment =). Gee, look at his, I was typing that and I suddenly realized this :     =.)    does that smiley look just a little like me???? xDDD

Anyway, we are going to have pizza to celebrate our high earnings~~~ All thanks to Aun Chian and his crazy promotional techniques, 'cause I sure didn't do very much now that I compare myself with others.

I am currently rushing through my science and hope I can finish the whole form 3 by Monday. Please wish me LUCK!!! (Good Luck, please)

In The End...

I have finished watching 117 episodes of Kyo Kara Maoh, and I am so SAD that it's finished! Words cannot say how much I mourn the ending of the most intriguing anime I ever saw in my life! Why do I love it? It isn't the story, it isn't the comedy. What I have fallen in love with is the characters. From sweet Yuuri to the snotty Lords of Shin Makoku, I love them all. The characters created were something that has left a big impression on me. I don't remember feeling this way since I was a ten year old kid. Then I was all over Naruto, Inuyasha, Harry Potter and the like. Haiz... I thought I had grown out of that stage, but it seems that it's still stuck to me. But on the up side, I can now concentrate on studying from PMR...

I don't have any favorite characters. All of them are unique and lovable in their own way. There's Yuuri, who is more or less the main character in the story. He's a peace loving guy who thinks that everything can be solved through talking. It's a bit odd for all the other characters in Shin Makoku because all they ever thought of was war war and war. His really cute in that aspect, always running around trying to  help others and in the end getting saved himself.
Wolfram is Yuuri's fiance, a really beautiful guy, his the blonde one. Swoon worthy green eyes, he has. But please, cut your hair! In the beginning, he was a really spoiled brat, short tempered and proud. But as things wore on, he got better. He really is very likable, even though he is one of the most flawed characters in Kyo Kara Maoh. He has a very funny role as Yuuri's fiance and is always jealous whenever Yuuri gets close to someone. He is convinced that Yuuri is a cheater and a wimp who uses his innocent, cute looks to lure people into falling for him. But he's so cute. I wish they had gotten married before the series ended. Haiz... I regret.
Konrad is Yuuri's sworn protector, godfather and servant. I don't know why I like him so much. Perhaps it's because he is more quiet than the other characters. I also love that he wields the sword. So pro! He's the best swordsman in Shin Makoku and is always there to protect Yuuri. Usually, anyway. Though sometimes I feel a little sick at how... concerned he is for the safety of His Majesty Yuuri.... I mean, come on.
Gwyndel is the oldest brother of the three brothers. ah, yes. They don't look it, but Konrad, Wolfram and Gwyndel are brothers. (Gwyndel is the one with grey hair, and Konrad has brown.) He is the sweetest character in my opinion. He's responsible, he's tough, he is unable to quite understand Yuuri, but tries his best, though he often decides to take matters into his own hands, and this usually ends with Yuuri caught up in some other trouble... and he LOVES CUTE THINGS!!! xD I know what you are thinking. What???? That tough guy likes... cute things? AND he likes to knit to relax. But he isn't too good, though. His kiity cats look like anything other than a kitty cat.
Gunther is Yuuri's tutor. He is most poetic and lives in his own world. He worships the ground Yuuri walks on and clings on to every word he says, and is very jealous of 'that spoiled prince Wolfram' because he is always so close to Yuuri. He is so funny! Both he and Gwyndel are the unwilling 'assistants' of Anassina. Anassina is a scientist. She isn't mad, just a little insane. She has the highest opinion of herself and is crazy about woman's rights. Almost all her experiments require an exercise bike or something to generate energy, hence, Gunther and Gwyndel. And sometimes, they are her test subjects. The outcome is, to put it simply, hilarious.
But I really shouldn't type anymore or I will end up compiling the whole anime into my blog here. Goodbye, Kyo Kara Maoh. Until we meet again...
